Richard Bough, MFA, has a strong commitment to incorporating artistic expression into the spiritual direction process.  He is a graduate of the Institute for Spiritual Companionship.  He teaches courses in art and spiritual direction at Loyola University’s Institute of Pastoral Studies and Seabury-Western Theological Seminary.  He works with individuals and has presented workshops on this topic in Chicago and at Spiritual Directors International (SDI) conferences.  He has published articles on this topic in Presence and Listen, publications of SDI.
